I am new to your forums and i just wanted to thank you in advance for all you do for people like myself who are not very techy! I am a nurse and work in our local er, but i know very little about computers. I just got my pandigital ereader, novel white, and i cannot get my computer to recognize it. It keeps telling me it needs to install driver, but i don't know where to get the driver. Any suggestions?

What version of windows are you using? Did reader come with a disk? You could go to website for your device and they should have the drivers
