Help HELP - Accidentally reset to factory.

I'm fairly new to the android world and have gone root crazy but trying to do plenty of research. This is probably going to sound stupid and it probably is but I recently downloaded AnRoot so I could reach recovery and do a back up. Instead of going to recovery it did a factory reset of my phone. The thing is it still has my custom boot tone and is missing the default apps I deleted. Is there a way to return it to how it was or am I starting from scratch? Any help would be appreciated.

I assume you are talking about restoring your data and apps? Unless you had a backup, then I am pretty sure that you are out of luck. Titanium was the very first thing I did after rooting.

Thank you, that news is unfortunate so I guess unless I hear otherwise I'll just start over and hope for better news
