I've got a US T-Mobile version for sale.
    $150 USD or best offer.
    Works great with Wi-Fi.

Early hasn't been around here much lately, so there's no point waiting for him to answer.

So the phone is unlocked, and since it's S-On I assume that you have installed a custom recovery and used that to erase your system partition? That or "fastboot erase" are the only ways I can think of doing this. I don't suppose you took a backup with a custom recovery before doing this? If you did then restoring that will fix the problem.

Otherwise you'll need to find a suitable RUU for your dual-SIM M8 (not the common model in most of the world, and so incompatible with most of the firmware files people have uploaded around the web) and use that to reflash the phone. You are looking for a Middle Eastern model (HTC__J015), must be an M8_DUGL and radio version 1.18.30306251.05G or higher. I'd found one, but the link no longer worked (the risk with older phones), but can't spend longer looking at the moment. Then how you flash it depends on what form it's in, a Windows executable or an OP6B image, but finding the file is the first thing. And it must be a ROM Upgrade Utility (RUU), not an OTA file. It should be approximately 1.5 GB in size.

Fortunately being S-On means that you can't install the wrong firmware, it will just fail to install. Do NOT be tempted to find some hack to allow you to install firmware from a different M8 model, that would turn your phone into a paperweight, probably unfixably.

    Hi Hadron

Thanks for your reply & appreciate your help.

Someone advised to install 0P6BIMG_M8_DUGL_K44_SENSE60_HTC_Europe_1.45.401.12 _R_Radio_1.18.30306251.05G_30.57.306251.00L__combined_signed RUU, whether this will work on my device of not? need your opinion.

It's got the same radio, which is a good sign: the RUU won't install if the software it contains is older than that already on the phone. And it's for the right model. It's really just whether the HTC_Europe RUU will install on a Middle East region phone? Sometimes these compatabilities are broader than they sound like they should be, but I can't be sure. But I think that the worst that will happen is that it will refuse to install, so don't think you've anything to lose by trying.

Do you know how to flash it? The "how to flash" instructions of the first post of this xda thread should work if the file is in a zipped format. Or you could try just copying it on your SD card (the root directory, not inside a folder), renaming it to OP6BIMG.zip and rebooting the phone: part of the boot sequence is to check for such a firmware file and if it finds one ask the user whether they wish to install it (make sure the phone is charged before trying this!). If it's a windows executable then put the phone in fastboot mode, connect to a PC and then run the RUU .exe on that.

    Hi Hadron

I tried according to your instruction but failed, I guess the firmware is not supporting, it shows "No file or wrong image", is there any possibility to find the right image file?

Do you have another custom ROM on TWRP that you can Flash then you can download your stock ROM into and then try to get your stock recovery back and start from scratch it's your stuck in Boutte loop I just keep holding it down I'm sure you know that try holding a hard reset holding power and up button if that don't work try holding power and down button if you can take battery out take battery out for at least a minute let me know if you got it or what you tried

My HTC One M8 no longer charges or turns on.
    I'll miss that puppy.
