Does any one know if it is possible to create an app that forwards the call to anthoer phone simultaneous to having the original number continue ringing? Aka I call phone X from phone Y phone X has this app that when designated numbers contact it such as phone Y in this case the app forwards the number to an additional phone as well as continues to ring.

welcome to the forums :) you are looking for a feature called simultaneous ring... Google Voice supports it, but you need a Google Voice number and it has to be your primary number www.google.com/voice Depending on your carrier, they may also support the feature :) thanks for joining :) and don't be a stranger if you need more assistance

only if your carrier supports it. I know Verizon Wireless doesn't, i'm not sure about other carriers. It is usually a VoIP feature. Check our your mobile carrier's website, you would probably find the feature listed somewhere on their website. It is not something an app would be able to achieve.

    for example:
    https://www.wireless.att.com/businesscenter/msites/support/ipflex/end-user/simultaneous-ring.jsp

Looks like there are other companies out there that can give you a VoIP number to use simultaneous ring, but Google Voice is the only free service that I know of.
