My name is Jos
Welcome to the forums Jose!
I'm sorry to hear about your Note being busted. My wife shattered the glass on our only 2 month old Tab 10.1 and I nearly cried. I honestly don't know if the liquid underneath is unsafe to your health. Are you still able to use the touch screen or is the digitizer shot? I hope you can get the screen repaired!
If you don't mind, I'm going to move this to the Galaxy Note forum.
Thank you. The touchscreen still works but I would cut myself if I had touched it.
Yikes! I would definitely bring it in to your local shop, or call Samsung directly to see what they can do. When I broke my tab, I was told it was no longer under warranty and that it would be nearly the retail price to replace the glass. There are lots of places online that replace glass, hopefully you can find one for under $300 (sorry, don't know the Euro equiv. ).
Hey I just broke mine yesterday too! Dropped it from pocket height onto the kitchen lino. Shattered the glass, but the phone still works and the LCD underneath is fine.
Unfortunately with the Note, the glass is glued to the LCD, so you have to replace both which makes an expensive repair.
But my local Fonefix place have done me good price -
