    Hey everyone, Flowsick180 here.

 I am not new to flashing, I have been running custom ROMS on my Moto Backflip for over a year now, but when I try to flash ANY recovery img onto this phone via either ADB or Terminal Emulator I get an Flash_Image not found error. I have no idea why I wanted some feedback or suggestions. Any help will be appreciated. Thanks :)

Guys please read this thread it shows you exactly what to do. The error is because the flash_image is not on the phone. You need it in order to flash recovery. Just follow the steps on the above guide.

    Hope this helps

PS. I will have to tell mikekelso to update his guide with the right steps.

    Thanks!
but now that I've done that, but now the problem is that when I try to go into recovery it shows a screen like I am doing an OTA Android update and keeps doing that until I let go of the keys. After that, when I let the phone boot up, It behaves as If I did a factory reset.

BTW the OTA Type screen lasts for about 1 min.
