HELP! - Can't find an error on Publishing

Hi,

I am trying to publish our app to the Google Play Console but it's bringing up one error which says '

You must let us know whether your app is a COVID-19 contact tracing or status app'

I have looked everywhere and can't find where to select this option.

At the dashboard of your play.google.com/dashboard you've got a stepwise plan. Look for any steps with questions that are unanswered.
