I have a couple of ideas, one would be to update your PRL and Profile, in that order.
found on my phone under menu/settings and then system updates. I start it on wifi sometimes but folk have told me that doesn't really help.
The other idea would be to maybe call t mobile, if that is possible, and see if they need to do something on their end to get you back up.
