Hi everyone out there I am a noob to droid modification. I somehow managed to erase the original system off my droid in the process of installing the miui rom. Now the rom is the only thing that is running. It doesn't boot with a droid symbol and when I say restore to factory settings it aborts. PLEASE PLEASE help me out if you know a way to fix this.

1.) Do you own an original Droid or a Droid Incredible?
2.) Did you do a Nandroid backup in Clockwork Mod after you rooted?

Download your ROM of choice to your computer, connect your phone to your computer, drag and drop the ROM to your phone, disconnect your phone from the computer, do a battery pull from your phone, put your battery back in your phone, hold volume down and power at the same time, go into recovery, select install .zip from SD card, find the ROM you downloaded, select it, it will load and come back to the menu, select reboot system now, your phone reboots and you have a new ROM.
