Root HELP - Digital Noise After Flash

I would have searched, but not really sure what the problem is...

I've been flashing different rom/kernals/themes and now all of a sudden when making calls I hear the person no problem, but all they hear from me is a bunch of unintelligible digital scramble...

Data appears to be working as I am posting this from the phone.

I really don't know what to do!
No matter what restore I use nothing has fixed it.
I don't know if I should use the "device self service" in the hidden menu or what settings to check/edit in there... uuuggghhh

I'm at a loss and without a phone.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I tried all sorts of stuff :
* updating prl
* updating profile
* reset/hands-free self activation
* searched online (no luck)

End result was returning phone to best-buy for replacement as boost didn't know what was wrong... glad I bought the extended service through them.

Boost gave me a week credit for the inconvenience also
