Help Help! Droid Incredible only syncs one way with Outlook/Exchange

I run a network of about 30 users and we have about 12 different android phones and one of our Droid Incredible users is having the problem that when he adds a calendar appointment on his phone it will sync to outlook but it wont sync to his phone if he adds the appointment inside of outlook. please help I dont understand whats going on.

Have you gone into the account to verify that it is set to sync calendar on the phone? I could definitely be wrong, but it sounds to me as though Exchange is set to accept updates from the phone but not the other way around.

Worth a shot at least!
