Have you tried Googling "Flash droid incredible to cricket"? Several of tutorials show up. Just make sure it isn't for the Incredible 2.

yea i have im just in a bit more of a deeper situation than i thought...some tutorials are outdated

EDIT: I don't use Cricket, and have only scanned that but based on the fact that people are still posting in that thread I'm sure it will be up to date. And if not I'm sure they can point you in the right direction.
