Root Help flashing Leedroid

Can anyone give me some kind advice on how to flash Leedroid please?

Never flashed a ROM before (already rooted) and when I go to the download page for the ROM I'm confused. I want to try the NoA2SD version but what are all these files? Which do I need, and which don't I need (copied from Leedroid official website)?

Also, I've tried downloading the NoA2SD.zip file 5 times and when I try to take a peek inside it on my pc it says the .zip file is invalid or corrupt so I maybe can't use it anyway? Or should I get this message because the contents aren't FAT32?

Well from your list there is only 1 NoA2SD version. Its the latest Gingerbread release and the only one there that does not require anything other than a rooted phone. All the rest need the SD card partitioned and possible even a new HBOOT table. If you're still having problems flashing it then check out the rom thread on XDA and see if others are having the problem. Probbaly also worth downloading the file again just in case it was corrupted

I was actually now thinking of trying to download the A2SD version and try that but have 3 questions:

1: Do i still only need the one file from the list above (but the A2SD.zip instead of the NoA2SD.zip)

2: Confused now what you mean by a "new HBOOT table" (noob)

3: Is there any decent wlkthough of how to use gparted on a windows pc anywhere? The one on the download site is very confusing (for me anyway)

With a2sd you have 2 LeeDroid choices. Froyo or Gingerbread. Pick the zip file for the one you want. Froyo is more stable but gb is more cutting edge.

You must partition the SD card first though as you will get a boot loop. Best guide to gparted is on YouTube search for it. The link may also be in the rooting faq thread.

Don't worry about HBOOT tables for now. That's more for data2sd roms.
