    Hi all,
I am a new forum member and need help/advice in updating my factory unlocked S3 in the UK, I have tried Keis, without success, the 'phone is not rooted (whatever that means!)
    The details of the 'phone:-
    AP19300XXBLFB
    CP19300XXLFB
    CSC19300JVBLF3
I have read that the CSC shows which country the 'phone is supposedly registered, is this 'phone a UK model?
Is there an instruction sheet to get the up-date and should it be done via a windows pc or can it be done on the 'phone or tablet?
    Jon

I updated mine from JB 4.1.1 to 4.1.2 by going into the settings, then About Phone at the bottom then clicking on software update, i did this over wi fi and it downloaded without any problem.

Mine is also a UK handset from Vodafone thats just over 2 weeks old.
