Root Help Getting X to stock GB so it can be replaced

    Alright ya'll. My buddies aux. port went bad on his DX and he needs it sent in. I understand that I can sbf. back to 2.3.34, but do i Need to do that or do I need to send it back with Stock non rooted GB? and if so, how?

    lol are you serious? Now. Say that this is someone who initially wanted rooted and has since changed their mind. Will this allow them to no longer need me to update them? for example. If there is an OTA for Gingerbread, will they be able to accept that OTA?
