Help HELP Gingerbread Locale Problem

Hi folks,

I have updated to Gingerbread on my unlocked but not rooted Desire, but can only get English (United States) under Language & Keyboard not English (United Kingdom) like before

Also when I try and scan an item on Shopsavvy and Barcodescanner I only get prices in Dollars not Pounds anymore

Any ideas people
