HELP!!! HTC Sync stole my contacts!

Im in dire need of help, i was trying to sync my contacts from phone memory to pc.

It kept saying 0 contacts synced despite me having loads.

I tinkered and tinkered a bit more........and then it said successful 141 contacts synced - good i thought.........

Not good, there gone from my phone and i cant find them on the PC.....im using vista business and there not in the 'contacts' within my documents and not showing in outlook..........

PLEASE HELP SOMEONE!!!!!!!!!

Ummm, did you set in HTC Sync that it should Sync with Office Outlook? if not look in Windows Mail application (Start orb > All programs > Windows Mail).
