First off, shut your phone off and create new accounts with new passwords for each app, Gmail, email, etc....
Do this on a pc, at a library.
I would get a new phone if I were you.
If she's that tech savvy no telling what she can do

sounds like she had unrestricted physical access and totally pwned the thing.

Stert by buying a new phone, and setting up a new Google account etc. with multi-fsctor authentication enabled. Basically, nuke it from orbit, it's the only way to be sure

These guys are totally accurate with these suggestions but I'd also like to add a recommendation to get a new sdcard as well.. I know ppl who've been hacked just by reusing dirty files from an sdcard

If she's really pissed-off and targeting you specifically, you might want to consult a lawyer and get a restraining order. If your ex is really tech savvy, it's not just the gadgetry you own that are vulnerable but your entire online presence too.

Not really, given what you've already stated. Think you definitely need to nuke it from orbit, it's the only way to be sure. And perhaps get a restraining order on your ex? IANAL of course.

You need to focus more on all your online account services, not so much your phone or any phone you're using. All the apps on your phone will be relying directly on getting their info from your online services. You can get rid of your current phone, buy another one and once you set it up it will also give you same problems. And that will be the same repeating cycle until you get control of all your online accounts. Your ex apparently has control of a few, or more likely several, of your online accounts, not specifically your phone. That's the problem you need to focus on, your online presence has been compromised and your phone is just one of several end results.

    1) get a restraining order as several members have suggested.
    2) immediately create new accounts for everything.
    3) get a new phone
    4) get a new phone number
    5) think of switching carriers
    6) if you have any type of web camera in your home get rid of them
    7) wifi password change it think about upgrading your internet security.
Seems like you really tick. the ex off.

Ad, once you've reset / deleted and re created your online accounts, do all browsing via VPN nd at least use Firefox in preference to Chrome, so it's not phoning home to Google, or TOR. If you use TOR and are really paranoid, you should use TAILS Linux on a bootable USB stick (bought new for the purpose), or on a DVD. Although and Linux run from removable media WITHOUT persistent storage is a safe option with a VPN.
