My phone suddenly started installing random apps and as fast as I could delete them, they were back !
I have a Jiayu S3 Advance running Kitkat with Trebuchet
But there is now a sinister side - it has just stopped working correctly.
It freezes, then switches itself on and off and back on and also the screen goes from responsive to dead and then back again.
It won't let me do a factory reset as when you get to the final button "erase everything" that button is unresponsive. Nor will it let me install any apps ie a new launcher
I am at a total loss what to do and think that it's totally fried BUT someone here maybe able to help me.
I am not very technical so talking about 'flashing roms' etc doesn't mean a thing to me
