Help me choosing a device!

Hello, I'm really interested in buying an android phone, and I found the Sony Ericsson X10 Mini Pro, it's excellent because of the keyboard, the hardware, the LED flash, the PRICE ($130-ish unlocked), etc... but the screen size seems like something I will hate because it's so small.

I wanted to know if there's a decent android phone for less than $200 (unlocked)

Can someone tell me if there's any phone like the xperia x10 mini pro but with a bigger screen and somewhat related specs and similar price?

just curious what carrier are you with now, if your do for an update i suggest just staying with that company so you can use an upgrade

I don't have any phone right now, just saying the Xperia X10 Mini Pro seems interesting but I don't want to buy it because of the small screen.
