So... my sisters phone... well lets just say she needs a new one.

She wants an android again, and she wants a front facing camera. And basically the cheapest in the category is what she wants.

Ideas?

Might be easier to make suggestions, if we knew whereabouts on the planet you were....
What network(s) you were looking for,
contract, PAYG, Sim only, second hand? and what sort of budget you were looking at

My apologies.

We're in the US, on verizon.

And anywhere between 0 and 100 bucks is ok, but less is better.

still not enough info. if you are looking to subsidize, just look on verizon's site.

if just looking to buy outright,
samsung galaxy nexus runs the latest jelly bean. has a front facing camera....i recently picked one up on ebay for 110.
the htc droids and the motorola droids all have front facing cameras i believe. aside from the htc droid dna which is pretty sweet, the rest might fit your budget.

We're looking for the cheapest, off contract verizon android smartphone with a front facing camera.

Please note- off contract. So an older phone probably. Also- her old phone was stuck on gingerbread and didn't have LTE so she's fine with both of those as well.

Other than as chanchan says, a Gnex or s2 (if you wana use SD card) are excellent bargain phones that can be made to out-perform much more expensive phones.. other than them, id check out the ZTE and Huawae (ive probably spelled that wrong lol) chinese manufacturers that really punch above their weight

Ok awesome, thanks! What about the HTC Incredible 2? They seemed to be fairly inexpensive.
