Why do you need to restore? Did you reset the phone, or are you transferring from an older phone.

Either way the key question will be "what backups did you make?". Some of that stuff, such as contacts, will probably restore automatically if you log into the accounts again (unless you specifically chose not to sync them with Google or Samsung). Some of it you'll need to have deliberately made a backup of (hidden files is an obvious example). If you've used something like Samsung's Smart Switch to back up the S9 and then reset it then that should cover most things. If you are transferring from another phone most manufacturers have their own "transfer" apps, and you can use other backup tools for anything that's missed (as long as you still have both phones). But as you can see from what I've written, it does depend on what you are actually trying to do and what you have already done (or not done).

Do you mean the data is deleted or lost? If yes, you need a pro Samsung data recovery tool without backup. Also, you need to root your Samsung S9 Plus before that. If there is a backup, you can restore data from backup files easily. Maybe you can tell us more details.

That's unlikely--the OP hasn't been back since posting in January.
