Someone said my kernel isn't compatible with velocity v4 and that is why it is putting me in a boot loop.
Can someone give me a compatible one?
I'm on an lg ally 2.2.
And also, can you give me the steps to flashing it?
When I go into recovery, I wipe the cache and the dalvik cache. Then what?

Are you on 2.2 OR do you have velocity .4, .4 is for 2.1 and 1.0 is for 2.2. If you are using .4 try the main velocity forum and find the .4 thread and i *think* there is a kernel in there. To flash it put it on the root of your sdcard, reboot into recovery, go to flash zip and select it

Since you are on 2.2, you will need Velocity 1.0

    http://androidforums.com/velocity/2...ly-android-2-2-1-froyo-super-fast-stable.html

Version 0.4 is only for 2.1, but if you wait until tomorrow, Velocity 1.1 will be released, which is also for 2.2.
