After I flash ROM official Hongkong it's update fail

next i plug off my battery.

and found problem

when phone power on , light blink 5 times and 1 time vibration
and black screen

i try 5 solutions :

1. power on my phone same problem
2. press button vol+ and button red and turn on same problem
3. press button vol- and button red and turn on same problem
4. press button vol+ and button green and turn on same problem
5. TEST SYNC to my pc its no response
