Root Help me plz....

I have rooted my galaxy relay 4g but still running the stock rom 4.0.4....Now i want to update my phone to latest JB stock firmware....and i'm a rookie in this thing....Ned experts help....
Also...I'm using unlocked phone....my phone will be locked again if i'll update????
And I'm very sorry if i have posted in wrong thread...!!!!

No, upgrading to JB will not re-lock your phone. (you are talking about sim unlock, right?)

As for the upgrade, just follow the supplied instructions. I don't know if anyone could make it simpler than that. If you were able to root it by yourself, you can do the JB upgrade too.
