My girl asked me to pair our phones togther I have a LG stylus2 and she has a LG k10. What all can she see if our phones are pairs together

Depends on how they are paired together (Bluetooth, cellular, WiFi, NFC) and whether they're paired via third party app or through Android system.
You have to be more specific and, to be safe you should hide anything incriminating

If it's Bluetooth pairing, then it's just shared files and you'd still have to give her permission on the phone to view/copy them.

+JoshuaG if I didn't know better seems like your hesitant to go through with the pairing, perhaps you have things you want to keep Private, perhaps some trust issues??? Me and my wife's phone aren't paired but she has full access to my phone, Gmail and Google accounts (she should she set em up)
