Root Help need recovery

I've accidentally deleted my phone Android system and I'd like to know how to get it back on my phone, I hope some one knows what I'm talking about and help me.

How did you wipe the system? Did you wipe /system in a custom recovery and then reboot?
What device is it mate? Theres probably a forum that could help you better.
Can you still get into recovery mode or did you completely format the phone including the boot partition?
