Droid Charge? HTC Thunderbolt? LG Revolution, or wait for the Bionic or the Samsung Galaxy S2.

What about the rumors of unlimited data going away and if I wait for the 2 last ones I might end up not getting unlimited data?

I have not owned a Smart phone before but I am able to learn fast.
