Hi again, I just downloaded the skyraider zeus rom from rom manager & needed some help getting a notepad widget. I cant get the "get more hTC widgets" to work, so I need a good notepad substitute for the hTC one.

Also, I downloaded "Roottools" to download some boot screens, but they don't work. I want to download some cool boot animations & some splash screens, preferably one that says "hTC quietly rooted"

    Thanks in advance!

Not sure about HTC widgets, I am an AOSP guy. The best way to change your splash is to download the zip from xda (it is a sticky in the themes/apps section) and flash it in hboot. I don't know if the roottools has proper links for the bolt. I know there are several variations of the quitely rooted zip out there.

If you're not into making your own, try Absolute System. It's 2 bucks and it makes it easy to download and install the splash screens as well as system fonts..

Yeah I have changed my splash screen 5 or 6 times using zip files found in that thread. Just rename the file PG05IMG.zip, put on the root of your SD, and boot into recovery it should then work for you.
