Need some help..

My notification bar has been delete by my 2yr old nephew.. i dont no how he managed to do this but he did. I've tried all day to fix it but have come to dead ends all the time...

If anyone knows how to fix it i would be very grateful

Wish I could help. Heck I didnt even know it could be done. Let us know if you get it fixed and how.

I've been looking around in the menus
I don't think it's supposed to be possible to delete the notification bar.
it's obliviously a huge glitch
try to reboot the phone and see if it comes back, otherwise factory reset
