hi, i got my 1st android phone(Dell xcd 35,Android 2.2) yesterday, n it has stopped working. i suspect a software i installed. now on booting the DELL logo with sound comes and screen freezes after that. I tried(Vol up+ Power) but screen shows FTM . nothing after that.unable to connect with laptop also.
What should i do??? help please..
