Help plz! Unable to view videos on Galaxy note II tab

I have the galaxy note 10.1 tab. Im able to watch youtube videos all day long but for example when i visit a site such as vh1 i am unable to watch any videos! It gives me the error message that adobe 9 flash player is not supported by this device, ive tried downloading adobe from the play store but nothin!

Anyone know how to fix? Ive already gone to menu->settings->advanced & made sure "enable all plug ins" was set to "always on" as som1 recomended

Welcome to the forums, Teamgalaxy22!
Unfortunately, with Android 4.1, Jelly Bean, there's no Flash support.
However, there is a way you can do it. Check out this article from Cnet:
Install Adobe Flash Player on Jelly Bean devices | How To - CNET
It's not difficult to do it, I've done it on all my JB devices.

Try to download the video and then play it in VLC media player..
