Help help! power on & off problems!

So my phone turns off randomly. How do I get it to stop? Also, when I leave it on my charger overnight, it's off by morning and then my alarm doesn't go off for school! Help! I just got this zte x500 last week... p.s. I don't have a warranty, yet...

I'm guessing your phone is stock. This was a common problem with the stock software. You may try going to your settings menu then phone info and check for updates just to make sure you're on the latest kernel and baseband.

Or you could try rooting the phone and installing a custom rom. This has worked for most people experiencing this prob anyway.

Lol that's just too funny. Everytime I call zte I get the runaround. Course I'm after the kernel source there required to release but refuse to Lol
