Root Help! Privacy settings empty

I sold my old Optimus M online and need to ship today. I flashed Reppard's CM7.1 and am trying to factory reset but my privacy menu is blank! What do I do? I rebooted the phone and it is still blank.

Hehe possibly because my google account isn't linked to the phone...I had to download a Play Store apk from the browser, but when it says I need to add an account it just closes and I can't use the store.

I tried the hard reset but it just turns the phone on =/ I just want it in working order when it arrives in Florida. It has wifi here but no service to it...hoping a lot of the problems fix themselves when the chick I sold it to gets her service on it. I don't think they have Metro in Florida though, Cricket maybe? If she has to take it to the store I will probably have spent the last 2 days unbricking, re-rooting, and flashing CM7 for no reason lol

I would flash the stock rom, or else Metro may look at the phone and say something is wrong.
