So here is my problem,
I created media\audio\notifications folders on the root folder of SD, put the .mp3 file in the notifications folder, but it doesn't appear in the notifiacation ringtones list. The same thing is with the phone ringtones - i can see the file i have added as long as it is used as a ringtone, but when i change the ringtone to one of the defaults, it disappears. It's not that big of a deal, as long as i can set my phone ringtone just by a long-press on a file, but the problem is i can't do the same when setting up a notification ringtone. What could be the problem? The phone, by the way, is Huawei U8500, running on Android 2.1.
