So I just reflashed a new ROM and Kernel (mikg2.5 and more freedom) I noticed my words with friends wasnt communicating with the network so i checked my market and it does the same thing... Internet works and basic phone functions work... Since I flashed everything I went to try and check my profile and prl.. it went to a black screen and I hit back and it goes to the normal but a black screen keeps popping up every few seconds... It's not communicating with whatever its trying to communicate with and the black screen keeps popping up and I'm afraid to restart it.. its just a black screen no updating waiting or anything....

    HELP

did you clear out cache , dalvic cache, and data before flashing? You can try to clean them out again if you did. You may have to reflash.

I cleared everything that kings mod format all and manually wiped cache, dalvik, data, system, and boot...

When i flash does my prl and profile get flashed too? And what about these downloadable .zip radios vs the stock update options?

i believe that they do. but it never hurts to check and see if there is an update to the prl and profile.

well that depends on you. both work well. but one will give you a stock rom plus the radios. if you plan on keeping your current rom, then you might just want to flash the radios via recovery. also the other way is installed via hboot.

So I flashed a new radio... 1077 or something like that... Do I need to worry about stock updating since I manually flashed an older radio

Also should I downgrade my prl or pri to match the radio? It all works fine jyst read a few people getting better battery life outta this radio but little else was mentioned...
