Root Help -Rooting gone bad

I obtained root and rebooted so I could wipe and flash the Syndicate ROM. I had it on my SD Card (at least I sure thought I did). After wiping, I choose to flash a zip file from the SD card, and the ROM file isn't there. Now I can't boot, I can't apply a ROM. What's my best bet here?

Do you have a sd port on your computer? Use the adapter that came with the phone and load it onto the SD card.

Alternatively, since Syndicate is ext4 it should have automatically made a backup prior to converting file formats. Restore the backup.

Worst case scenario, download one of the tar files (similar to RUU) and use Odin to flash it.

Don't panic, we'll get you taken care of.
