I'm on a Galaxy s3 Virgin Mobile running custom 4.3 rom rooted. I recently tried a 4.4 rom and noticed SD card permission problems. And as you'll see its not normal permission problems. I thought it might be the rom so I restored back to my previous 4.3 room and I still have the problem. Every time I take a pic or video they aren't there after rebooting. Even if I create a text file using root browser it is gone after rebooting. Can someone please help me with this?
