So recently i decided that my rom was getting old on my LG Optimus L70 MS323 so i wanted to change to Cynageon. I've done this before on my kindle by first going into twrp then moving the files to my device. So i went to my phone installed cwm and reset to factory, clear cache, clear dalvik cache. I then plugged my phone into my pc to move the files over but then realized that the PC didn't recognize my phone so i tried to restore from my backup which for some reason finished incomplete and i rebooted. Now whenever i try to enter download mode, fastboot mode or recovery it either goes to a black screen, keeps rebooting or shows a battery charging. If it helps i may have a micro sd card laying around some where.....
    Plz help :)

Ways of not only rooting but also flashing different firmware vary not only from manufacturer to manufacturer but also even model to model. Is the way described above the way they say to do it? Do you have an XDA thread or something you followed you can link? I haven't used Cynageon since the days of my S2. Also looking on Cynageon mod website I can't see a download for your model? I may be wrong.
Being in so many different states, would suggest to me that all is not lost. It just randomly does to one of those three, different every time with no reason for the change between, blank screen / bootloop / battery charging?
I would imagine if you can't even boot at all, not even into recovery SD card will be of little help as you wont be able to access it. I haven't rooted my LG yet but do you use a Flashtool to do so? If so can you not put it into flashmode connecting to PC and flash a stock firmware? What happens if you plug it into computer while off and pressing vol+ or whatever?

Ah well stupidly enough i though i could do it again without a tutorial so i downloaded clockwork mod and i was not able to install cynageon because my pc didn't detect the phone after i deleted everything. If i turn it on normally it will load the lg logo and stay on that screen until i turn it off. If i try download mode by holding the volume up and then plugging it in to my pc it says...
    Loading.......
Press the Volum Up key until you see the download screen.
    [430] fastboot_init( )
[430] Error: allocating memory for ssd buffer

I included a picture of what it looks like.

And about the flash tool you were talking about i tried to do so but it doesnt recognize my device.

Do you have a kdz for your phone? If so, you may be able to extract the partitions, then fastboot flash the bootstack to restore download mode, then restore in full using the kdz flash tool (for kdz flash) or LG Flash Tools (for tot flash, if applicable).

This seems to be the right one i looked it up on forums awhile ago and this was the file that was used for my type of phone.

So unless somebody else has extracted and uploaded the various partitions, you can do it yourself:

    http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2483250

There may be a Windows tool out there, not sure. I use Linux so this has always been my go to tool.

Once the .img's are all extracted, you can then try getting a working fastboot connection with the phone, then fastboot flash the bootstack as previously mentioned. I'd want to see the list of available partitions to recommend a list you should flash.

May want to verify a working fastboot connection first to save yourself doing all the other stuff if you can't get it. A fastboot reboot command should reboot the device if you're set up correctly.

Is there a specific way of going into fastboot? I used to do it on my kf with a factory cable but doesn't seem to be working here.

You're in it. The device has defaulted to a fastboot mode which you should be able to utilize unless they've crippled it in some way. If you don't have the drivers for fastboot on this machine, download PDAnet to your machine, then reboot afterward with the device still plugged in and showing the fastboot mode screen.

The download comes packaged with adb/fastboot drivers which work on most LG's I've been associated with. You don't even have to run PDAnet. Just download it, then reboot as mentioned. The fact that the drivers reside on your machine should allow them to be auto applied (again a reboot of the PC may be needed to make that happen more easily). Before you do all that, look in device manager and see how your phone is being recognized. After doing the above mentioned steps, it should become "android adb interface" or similar wording if the drivers worked.

If you're using Linux for everything, pay no attention to all the above. :D

So, during all the extra innings last night, I went ahead and extracted a kdz for your device and uploaded the partitions for you:

    https://www.dropbox.com/s/9jdqr2h8lscj8mp/L70_MS323_10c.zip?dl=0

Here's the thing...you need to verify a couple things before using those files. As the filename indicates, this is from the 10c firmware. If you ever plan to root again, first verify that the 10c firmware is both rootable and does not contain anti-rollback. If those both check out ok, have at it. If not, report back and I'll extract partitions from 10a/10b instead.

Also, I'm not sure which firmware you were running at the time of your issue. If you KNOW it was 10c, then theoretically, all you should need to flash from my folder above is laf.

If you are not sure, then even though it may be overkill, I'd flash all the partitions contained in the folder. That's what I would do if it were my phone. Some people would recommend you only flash aboot and laf, others may say aboot, boot and laf. We can talk more about your options before you begin if desired.

In that folder is basically everything except system and the stock recovery. I don't like flashing the stock recovery while in emergency fastboot mode because if anything goes wrong with the download mode restore effort but yet the stock recovery begins to function...you'll lose the far more powerful fastboot mode in lieu of a working stock recovery. That's bad because the device is satisfied that the recovery component of the boot chain is now working so it will consistently default to it. So basically you end up in no man's land with no further options to fix because the LG stock recovery is worthless for your situation.

edited to add: if you do end up using the 10c partitions, and if download mode is successfully restored, please use the full 10c kdz to complete the restoration. Apples to apples is always a good idea in these situations.

Doesn't seem right. I was expecting LGE AndroidNet Serial Port or very similar. All I can suggest is try searching for LG United Mobile driver and try applying a few different versions, starting with the newest you can find. If you can get it to show up as mentioned above, and even if not, try using the kdz flash tool seen here:

    http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2432476

Obviously, you'll need a kdz for your device which you've already located.

Just to be sure..is the fastboot message still showing? And you tried to reboot with the phone still connected to the PC and showing the fastboot message. This one is a bit troubling thus far but I'm confident its fixable.

One more thing to try if the fastboot message is still showing would be the koush universal adb/fastboot driver. You'll find it quickly with a search.

Yes, that's much more like it. So have you tried the kdz flash tool I linked above?

Yes i downloaded the tool and later got to the actual installation. I attached a pic of what it says when the phone is plugged into the pc and turned on to the logo. But i realize somehow the flash tool recognizes something because if i click retry without the phone plugged in i get a different message.

That's LG's mobile support tool. I was recommending the kdz flash tool here:
    http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2432476

If the device is showing as LGE AndroidNet USB Serial Port, which you typed a few posts above, the the 2014 kdz flash tool from xda may work.
