I do not know were else to post this for help

me and my mom were over at the The Metropolitan Museum of Art and they have a free audio guide app/site

well the andorid app just points users to http://www.metmuseum.org/audioguide/ as far as I can tell

(but the iPhone app plays audio inside the app I think - if we could get that - please see my thread here http://androidforums.com/threads/latest-ios-emulator-for-android.1087539/)

I am baffled why it would work on my Note 3 but not on Tab S2 or Galaxy S3 :/

as you will notice that instead of playing the audio it is displaying "The Director's Tour" instead of the PLAY OBJECT

what bothers me is that it works in Chrome on Note 3 so I've tried it on my Tab S2 on Chrome, Firefox, default browser hmmm to no avail :/

can you please try accessing http://www.metmuseum.org/audioguide/object-page?stop=103
for some reason sometimes it doesn't even show the proper page then try going to

http://www.metmuseum.org/audioguide/ and entering something like 103

how can we get it to run?

as far as I see one of easiest and universal ways for them would be to duplicate all their audio to youtube and let people search their youtube channel works from many devices ...

I just tried http://www.metmuseum.org/audioguide/ on my Oppo R7 Plus with Chrome and the audio guide runs within the browser, and it works OK, the sound clips play. Which I think is what's suppose to happen.

If it's not working properly on certain Samsungs or whatever, could be a problem with their site. Might be worth you getting in touch with the Met Museum about it. Contact details are at the bottom of the page.
