[HELP] UCCW Distortion

Hi all,

Has anyone using UCCW noticed that when you make a widget fill the whole screen it gets really distorted? I spent hours creating what I thought was a really good widget, only to find that when I added it and resized it to a size where it was readable, the widget distorted itself and looked very low res. Does anyone have any ideas/suggestions to fix/prevent this?
