Internet is horribly slow. Won't load market, YouTube, etc. Called tech support and they hung up on me after being on hold for 20 minutes. Finally got a second person on the phone and they asked me to update prl. Can't even do that! They have no ideas what to do and advised me to return to the sprint store. Any ideas?? Please help me my wife is driving me nuts!! Lol

You might want to return it like they said and get a new one. There are certain issues that people cannot solve here. If the device is defective then you take that up with Sprint.
