Help with calendar!!!

I use my calendar for work and personal. They sync up magically. My question is on my BB I could mark some events as private so they wouldn't show up on my work calendar which is seen by my manager. Things like weekend appts or haircuts etc....Anyone know how to do this?

Are you using google or Exchange for you calendar? I use both and that keeps things separate. Google for personal and exchange for work. But that only works if you have Exchange at work.
