I have an htc hero and I can almost copy and paste anything on it already except text from web pages. I have tried a couple of different copy and paste programs and none of them seem to work.

Anyone use one that works nice and easy?

Im also looking for copy, paste functions on the HTC Desire (as well as saving webpages for OFFLINE browsing) from webpages so that I can paste into a word document or notepad (im not even sure yet if the desire has this).

    any help appreciated

On the Desire browser, hold your finger down on a word and a little magnified box should appear above it showing your selected text. When you let go 2 pins should appear, 1 above, 1 below, which you can drag to select more/less text. Above the top pin 3 options should appear; copy, search/translate/lookup and share.

Don't know if it's the same on the Hero.
