Newbie here sorry if this already been asked and answered, but needing some help.

I have purchased the Samsung Vibrant about 45 days ago and last night got an error message that reads "process com.android.calendar has stopped unexpectedly, please try again." Any thoughts?

I have tried to troubleshoot online, but to no avail any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

Is this error message continuing to come up?

Sometiimes certain apps will force close for no apparent reason, and then work just fine afterwards.

Reboot your phone, and if the problem is gone, dont worry about it.

This just came up last night. I can not even use the phone, because this message keeps appearing. I have tried rebooting it, and removing the battery, but nothing seems to help.

I do not have an sd card in it or have yet to download any software to my computer?

Welcome to Android Forums, enamelchick.

If Cableguy's suggestion is not enough, try going into the calendar app in menu > settings > applications > manage applications and clear cache and data, then reboot.

By the way, I moved your query into the Vibrant Support area for you.
