Help with Galaxy Indulge

I have a Metro PCS Galaxy Indulge that I rooted with Superuser. I was messing around with ROMs and basically messed up the root were my tether and rom manager would not work. When I tried to re root the phone it could not be recognized and no restore functions would work. I tried a hard reset thinking it would return the factory non root. Still has the non working superuser that will not be recognized by my computer. HELP.

When I said re root the driver is installed but it would not recognize the phone to run the root again.
