Help help (with "hide pro" app/unhide files)

I reset my android phone .I hid my files in hide pro app.I installed app but I can not unhide the files.hidden files show in file manager and hide app but I can't unhide.

I don't know what other advice to give you (as I'm not familiar with that app) but I added more info to your thread title to hopefully attract more members/advice
