Help help with lollipop performance issues

hi, i have a tablet wortex qx78. it came with android 4.4.2 from the box. th manufacturer gave the option to update manually to lollipop. sinc the update the tablet gets stuck often and sometims restarts. i tried a factory reset it did not work. what can i do? I am not keen to downgrade. is there any solution? ps i used phoenix suite to upgrade to lollipop

I would start with a factory reset,That should fix it.
But be sure to backup your data before hand.

The problem is simply hardware, your tablet doesn't have enough of RAM for Lollipop, it gets worse if you add more user accounts on the tablet. My Nexus 7 (2012) lost half of its performance after upgrading to Lollipop.

If you really want Lollipop you should upgrade your tablet with at least 2gb of RAM, don't expect the miracle with just software upgrade.

I would say let's do it if you can, unfortunately there is no downgrade option on most of devices. On my tablet the old KK is automatically removed after Lollipop is installed and all apps updated.
