Hey everyone 
I got my HTC Sensation Beatsaudio on Thursday, and am currently having a problem trying to sort my music out.
I tried to connect my phone to my laptop, but it needed me to install the software, which I did through the HTC website. I synced my music from itunes onto the phone. The only problem is it is only showing up half my music. I think the problem is that it's not showing up MP3 files maybe?
I put the sd card into my old blackberry and synced the music onto there. It all appeared, so I know for certain the music is 100% on that sd card.
I put that into my HTC, and again, some of the music is missing.
Can anyone help me with this please?
