I have the HTC One X and I'm getting this "no sim card" error constantly. Has there been a fix? My phone is only about 2 months old. Should I call AT&T or go in, or is there a fix? Thank you!

That seems like a hardware issue, but have you by any chance update the firmware recently? What firmware are you running at the moment? I've had that happen on my BlackBerry and it turned out to be a hardware issue, so I am assuming it may be a similar condition.

I was getting that too for quite a while. Turned out to be a bad sim card. I went to the at&t store, and they replaced the sim. Haven't had a problem since... And that was almost two months ago.

I was am having the same problem with my HTC ONE x Att said that there is a defect with sim tray. You can call HTC 1-866-499-8358 for a free replacement. The tray shipped in phone were too small. I have not got the tray yet but will let you know if it works

I had the same problem before and went to my local AT&T office where they replaced the SIM card. I've had only 1 or 2 times since then that the phone indicates no SIM.

You said HTC will send you a free one. Do you mean free replacement tray? If so, how do you install a new tray yourself? Is it that easy?
